1100 ALUMINUM WAFER

　　Alloy 1100 is industrially pure aluminum with 99.00% aluminum content (mass fraction) and is not strengthened by heat treatment. It has high corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, its low density, good plasticity, and can produce various aluminum materials by pressure processing, but its strength is low. Other process properties are basically the same as 1050A.1100 is generally used for video and chemical processing and storage equipment, sheet metal work products, hollow hardware processed by drawing and spinning, welded combination keys, reflectors, nameplates, etc.
